What many writers seem to forget, however, is that our bodies create and use free radicals to destroy harmful bacteria, viruses, and fungi.In fact, the cells responsible for fighting infection and foreign invaders in the body (your white blood cells) make hydrogen peroxide and use it to oxidize any offending culprits. The Truth is that many studies and practical assessments have been absolutely positive. I have yet to hear of a case where Food Grade H2O2 (not pharmaceutical grades) in the prescribed amounts, has not been useful, or even harmful to the user. The research has proven to be growing more rapidly as you explore the subject of H2O2. It is now time for the public to make themselves aware of the facts and not allow themselves to react to hearsay.

 

It is common sense that if some "Miracle product" suddenly came on a market there would be a controversial outcry. However H2O2 is far from new to us, on the contrary, it is a part of us. Mother's milk contains a high amount of hydrogen peroxide, especially colostrum, the first milk secreted after the birth. Colostrum contains antibodies to protect the newborn against disease. This activates the newborn's immune system and is the body's first line of defence. Adding trace amounts can only be beneficial us.

 

H2O2 is hardly new to mankind. It has always been a part of our chemical makeup and we now have the advantage of knowing this. We need to use it to improve our immune system. We can do this by Oxygenation!

 

Oxygenation is the process of oxygen diffusing passively from the alveolus to the pulmonary capillary, where it binds to hemoglobin in red blood cells or dissolves into the plasma. Insufficient oxygenation is termed hypoxemia. This is to be differentiated from hypoxia, which is an abnormally low oxygen content in a tissue or organ.

 

The only negative connotation I have found primarily is to be cautious when using H2O2, even when following a strict detox plan. Putting a few (2 to 3) drops 35% FGHP (Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide) in a glass of water is definately not going to harm you, on the contrary, its going to help you in every way possible. Everyone should be using H2O2 in some way or another due to the lack of oxygen reaching the body eg. living in areas where the oxygen levels are too low.

 

It is oxygen that feeds our bodies and improves our muscle strength and energy levels. The more oxygen the brain receives, the more it is stimulated. It can be rejuvinating to the whole body and even the elasticity of the skin, making you look and feel 10yrs younger.
